Move in Inspections is an additional fee of $300 + GST

Move out Inspection is an additional fee of $400 + GST

Additional inspections (site visits) are $50 + GST

Move-in Inspections are provided under our Property Management Service only. 

For the other services and arrangements with appropriate site visit fees +. 10% charge based on invoice cost as handling fee, will be charge.
